Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from fees, weight allowances and breed restrictions.
Yes, we will run a background check on each applicant.
Our application fee is $75.00 per applicant. Each resident per apartment home must complete a separate application. Our administration fee is $250.
Yes, the security deposit is $300.
Rent is paid through our online portal, RentCafe, where residents can create an account for ease and convenience.
We are currently offering lease lengths from 7* to 13 months, however, please note this may change. *available on a limited basis, premiums may apply.
Yes, renter’s insurance is required.
