Our application fee is $50.00 per applicant. Each resident per apartment home must complete a separate application. Our administration fee is $200.

We are currently offering lease lengths from 7* to 12 months, however, please note this may change. *available on a limited basis, premiums may apply.

There are no entrance fees at Calirosa Winter Park. Standard fees include an application fee per applicant, an administration fee and pet fees. Our community fee, starting at $150, covers cable, Wi-Fi, pest control and valet trash.
